As part of our ongoing work with global executive recruitment firm Egon Zehnder, Zoo&Co recently created the visual identity and creative direction for their 2016 Global Board Diversity Analysis. The GBDA is part of Egon Zehnder’s continued research into boardroom gender and ethnic diversity at the highest level. It is a global initiative to promote a much wider understanding of the diversity challenges facing the worlds corporations in 2017 and beyond.
The visual identity had to be part of the current Egon Zehnder brand, but also stand out as an important piece of intellectual property that other organisations might engage with.
For the resulting visual system we combined images of different age groups, nationalities and gender to convey the challenges inherent in the diversity debate, and to promote the idea that successful organisations are made up of a diverse mix of people.
